𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂-𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗮𝘆 (𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗫)
Metro Pacific Tollways (Through MPT Vizmin) has acquired a 100% stake in Lapu-Lapu Expressway (LLEX Corp.) from Ulticon-PMI last June 20, 2025.
The Lapu-Lapu Expressway (LLEX) is expected to connect Lapu-Lapu City directly to Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Construction is expected
to commence in 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
